6oz / 170g Plain flour

2oz / 57g Cornflour

4oz / 114g Butter

2oz / 57g Castor Sugar

Cream butter and sugar, mix in sifted flour and cornflour. Sprinkle mould with flour and castor sugar. Roll out quantity of mixture on to flat tray or a floured board and press with shortbread mold. Bake in a moderate oven for approx. 30 minutes.
